How we group our race entries.

Programs are internal buckets that help us decide which drivers and engineers are available when we sign motionRGB up for an event. They do not replace leagues – they sit on top of the events we join.

Flagship

GT & Endurance

For long races and serious team play. When we enter an endurance race, we choose the car, then pick a lineup of 2–4 drivers and at least one engineer. Stints, fuel and tyre plans are decided together before race day.

Typical events: multi-hour endurance races, 12–24h specials, GT league seasons.

Performance

Open Wheel

Focused on Formula-style and high-downforce cars. We run motionRGB entries in existing single-seater leagues and select drivers who can handle precision and pressure.

Typical events: sprint championships, fixed-setup open-wheel leagues.

Development

Sprint & Mixed

Where new drivers prove themselves and regulars try new combos. We still enter as motionRGB, but the focus is on learning, testing lineups and building trust on track.

Typical events: weekly sprint leagues, mixed-class races, one-off specials.

How drivers get picked for an event.

Being on the motionRGB roster means you can be selected when we enter events that fit your skills and schedule. We don’t guarantee every race – we want to put the right people in the right cars.

Pace and racecraft in the relevant class or sim.
Communication, attitude and ability to work with an engineer.
Availability for practice and the actual race.

Engineers & support

Our goal is to have at least one engineer per car for bigger events. They help you with setup feedback, stint planning and live calls.

Dedicated voice channel for car + engineer.
Shared notes and reference laps.
Engineer focuses on data, you focus on driving.
