A sim racing team that behaves like a real one.

motionRGB is built around one idea: treat sim racing like real motorsport. We don’t host our own public series – instead, we enter existing leagues and special events as a team, with selected drivers, engineers and clear structure.

Team entries, not public lobbies

When you see motionRGB on a grid, it’s a coordinated team effort. We choose which championships, endurance races or sprint events to enter, then build a lineup around each one.

We register the team for events and leagues.
Drivers are invited to specific events – no random sign-ups.
Each car is run under a motionRGB entry with team branding.

Roles inside the team

Instead of everyone doing everything, we split responsibilities – similar to a small real-world team structure.

Team lead – decides which events we enter and picks lineups.
Race engineers – work with drivers on setup, fuel, tyres and race calls.
Drivers – focus on pace, consistency and teamwork on track.

What happens when we enter a race.

A typical event starts with picking the right people. Once we know the format and sim, we decide which drivers and engineers will run that car. From there, it’s all about prep.

Choose event → confirm game/track/car class.
Select driver lineup from the roster.
Assign race engineer(s) for each car.
Run practice, fuel runs and stint tests.
Enter the event as motionRGB and go racing.

Driver experience

As a motionRGB driver, you’re not alone trying to figure out everything mid-race. You’ll know your role, your stints and your targets before lights out.

Clear expectations for each event you’re selected for.
Engineer or spotter in your ear when it matters.
Focus on driving – we handle the numbers and timing.
