A modern racing team
built inside sim racing.

motionRGB is not a public league. We run like a real race team that enters existing events and championships. We register the team for races, select the driver lineup for each event and support them with dedicated race engineers and strategy.

We enter events like a real team.

When motionRGB signs up for a race, we build a full team around that entry: chosen drivers, a race engineer for each car and a clear strategy. You are not just in a Discord – you are part of an organised team entry into existing leagues and endurance events.

Event-based lineups

Drivers are picked per event based on pace, racecraft and commitment. For an Assetto Corsa endurance race, we might bring 2–4 drivers on one car; for a sprint league we might field one or more cars depending on sign-ups.

We do team entries into existing events – we don't host our own series.
Lineups are selected, not automatic for every driver on the roster.
We match drivers to events that fit their strengths and schedule.

Engineers & strategy

Whenever possible, each car gets its own race engineer. That engineer helps with setup, stint planning, fuel, tyres and live calls during the race so the driver can focus on driving flat out.

Race engineers and strategists assigned per event.
Prep: briefing, stints, fuel numbers, pit windows.
Live: spotter / engineer on comms for critical calls.

How we structure our team entries.

Programs are not custom leagues. They are how we organise which drivers and engineers are available when we enter GT endurance races, open-wheel series or sprint events.

Flagship

GT & Endurance

Our main focus: multi-stint and endurance-style events. When we register for an event, we choose 2+ drivers for the car, assign an engineer and build a full race plan around them.

Target: 30 min – 24h endurance races and league seasons in sims like Assetto Corsa.

Performance

Open Wheel

For high-downforce, high-focus racing. We enter motionRGB into existing single-seater leagues and select a compact driver lineup for each round, backed by setup and strategy support.

Target: sprint championships and fixed-setup open-wheel series.

Development

Sprint & Mixed

Shorter races and mixed grids where we test new lineups and give new drivers a chance to prove themselves before bigger endurance or flagship entries.

Target: weekly leagues and special one-off events as motionRGB entries.

What being a motionRGB driver means.

Joining motionRGB does not mean you are in every single race. It means you are on the team roster and can be selected for events that fit you. You’ll know which races you are driving well before race day, and you’ll have an engineer and teammates around you.

Selected for events based on pace, attitude and availability.
Briefings, prep sessions and target splits instead of random lobbies.
Serious racing atmosphere, but still friendly and chill off-track.

Apply for the roster

Tell us who you are, what you race and why you want to be part of motionRGB. We’ll get back to you if we think you’re a good fit for future lineups.
